Private Lessons and Mentoring

“I just wanted to say a big thank you for helping J on Saturday. Your approach with him was spot on – he is normally very shy so the fact that he spoke to you and made jokes says a lot about your skills with children!”

These can be at my home in Guildford, Surrey; they can be in my studio in Soho, London or they can be online. I teach professional singers of all ages. I have taught a variety of styles to professional performance level, including Classical and Musical Theatre. I also offer specialised vocal rehabilitation work; this is for singers and actors who are recovering from vocal injury or who may have developed technical problems with their voice use.

I am happy to give a consultation lesson to any singer of any age or genre.

"I’m sure I didn’t say it at the time but you really were something of a saviour for me – your style, approach and general amazingness made such a difference for me.”

Jenevora has been mentoring teachers for many years. Helping them with their own personal journey of knowing what is best for their students, coping with challenging colleagues or pupil parents, as well as guiding the enhancement of their pedagogical knowledge.

Jenevora is a qualified Coach and Mentor, and is a member of The Association for Coaching. Having a mentor is similar to having a personal career coach, but one with specialist knowledge of your own field. Sessions can be as frequent as needed, anything from once a week to once a year.

"Over the past 4 years, Jenevora has offered me support and guidance, even if I didn’t know I needed it. Her knowledge is so broad, that no matter what questions I bring her, she guides me. She never dictates information, but asks a question instead. This either reassures you of your existing knowledge, or opens a pedagogical or anatomical door that makes your head explode in a great way."
