Singing Lessons
Jenevora has a busy private practice at her studio in Soho, London and at her home in Guildford, Surrey, for professional singers. Many of her students perform as soloists both nationally and internationally. Others are members of professional opera choruses and consort groups such as the Monteverdi Choir and The Sixteen.
Her teaching style is to facilitate the individual voice; to guide the singer in their own journey of discovery, finding how they can sing with more ease and expression. This is most effective with a positive mindset and a student-centred coaching style.
Much of her teaching work is in vocal rehabilitation; she offers guidance for singers who may have challenges with vocal health or technique. Many of her clients come through personal recommendation from other singers or from ENT consultants and voice clinics. Jenevora is a Voice Rehabilitation Coach for the British Association of Performing Arts Medicine.
Singing lessons can be in person or online, making them available to singers who are based elsewhere in the world, or who are on tour with their work. Jenevora has given masterclasses in the United States, Canada, Australia, Portugal, Belgium, Germany and Finland.
